This automation allows you to fetch customer data from Shopify, process it, and export it into a CSV format that can be used for Squarespace. It runs on a schedule and can be triggered on demand.

1. When clicking ‘Test workflow’ 🖱️:
   • This manual trigger starts the workflow, allowing you to test the process whenever needed.
2. Schedule Trigger ⏰:
   • The workflow runs at a scheduled time (set to trigger regularly), automating the extraction of customer data from Shopify.
3. Get Customers 🛍️:
   • Retrieves customer data from your Shopify store (e.g., email, first name, last name, Shopify customer ID).
4. Extract page_info 📜:
   • This node processes the page_info parameter from Shopify’s response headers, helping manage pagination for large datasets.
5. Check page_info existence 🔍:
   • Verifies if the page_info exists to ensure pagination is necessary for the next set of customers.
6. Assign page_info parameter 📝:
   • Assigns the page_info value to be used in subsequent requests to retrieve more customer data, ensuring the full list is fetched if needed.
7. Merge Loop Items 🔄:
   • Merges customer data from all API responses into a single list to make it easier to export.
8. List Customers 📃:
   • Extracts the customer list and prepares it for export. This is the step where customer data is organized before being written into a Google Sheet.
9. Extract customers data 📤:
   • Gathers the necessary fields like email address, first name, last name, and Shopify customer ID from the customer list to format for CSV export.
10. Customers Spreadsheet 📊:
    • This step writes the customer data into a Google Sheets document, ensuring the spreadsheet is organized with columns such as Email address, First name, Last name, and Shopify Customer ID.
11. Convert to Squarespace contacts CSV 📁:
    • Converts the Google Sheets customer list into a CSV format, making it ready for upload to Squarespace.
